I can't login with my username and password!
Firstly, please check that you are entering the correct username and password bearing in mind that our password protection system is case-sensitive. You can find your membership information in an e-mail which was sent from CCBill. If you no longer have this e-mail and have forgotten your password, please e-mail us from the e-mail address you signed up with detailing your username and full name. If you believe your details to be correct, please make sure that your membership hasn't expired and needs renewing. If you signed up under a 30 day non-recurring membership, please check the date that your membership began. If you are on a recurring monthly membership please check that your credit card has not expired and if you are still having problems, please get in touch with us for further assistance.
How do I cancel my membership?
For all recurring memberships, if you would like to cancel your membership to nyloncandi.com please follow the link below to CCBill's Support Page. Your membership will stay active until the end of your billing period. Non recurring memberships are cancelled automatically after the 30 day period.
